Spier Wine Estate, one of South Africa's most iconic wine estates situated outside Stellenbosch, required a quick turnaround time on the refurbishment of their kitchen and ablution facilities. Aertec AAC was specified for its speed of installation, precision, and inherent moisture resistance — all critical properties for kitchen and wet area construction.
The project required walls that could be installed quickly to minimise disruption to the estate's operational food preparation facilities, and that would provide a durable, moisture-resistant substrate for tiling and waterproofing systems.
