Phase 2 of the Quadrant Gardens storage unit construction continued the successful AAC specification from Phase 1. The basement parking environment presented specific construction constraints — limited headroom for material delivery, confined working spaces, and the need for a clean, dust-minimal installation process. Aertec AAC met all these requirements, with its thin-bed installation system and precision cutting generating minimal waste in the constrained basement environment.
The Phase 2 specification was a direct result of the client's satisfaction with the Phase 1 construction quality and installation speed. The repeat specification demonstrates Aertec's track record of delivering on schedule in challenging construction environments.
The Quadrant Gardens storage units are a good example of Aertec AAC's versatility across the full range of residential applications, from the primary living spaces to ancillary storage and service areas.
