Oxbow, an office technology solutions provider, required a building medium for their new premises development in Cape Town. Aertec AAC was specified for its speed of erection and the clean, precise finish quality required for this commercial space, meeting the client's requirements for a professional-standard fit-out.
The project required a walling system that could be erected quickly to meet the client's operational move-in date, and that delivered a finish quality consistent with a modern office and storage environment. Aertec AAC's thin-bed installation and single-coat plaster system met both requirements.
This was Oxbow's first Aertec AAC project, establishing the relationship that led to subsequent Aertec AAC specifications for the same client.
