The Kriek residence is built with Aertec AAC throughout, selected for its proven combination of thermal performance, acoustic insulation, and construction quality. The house was completed in a high-end Cape Town estate where AAC has established a strong track record across multiple residential builds.
The project was handled by an experienced AAC-accredited contractor, ensuring the full technical benefits of the system — precision laying, thin-bed mortar, and CEM-SKIM plaster — were realised on site.
