The NC1 apartment development is one of three projects in the NC series specified with Aertec AAC by a developer with extensive experience of the material across their portfolio. The specification was driven by the developer's proven experience of the material's advantages across faster laying, lighter structural loads, and superior acoustic separation between units.
The developer's familiarity with AAC installation methods enabled a highly efficient construction process, with an experienced AAC team delivering the walling works on schedule. The thin-bed mortar system and single-coat CEM-SKIM plaster reduced the number of the build on site and accelerated the handover schedule.
