Our client was faced with the challenge of providing fire-resistant escape routes which also needed a cost-effective lightweight material that is robust and quick to install. After considering all of the options, Aertec AAC blocks were chosen because of the extreme fire resistance (rating above 2 hours) and have the added benefit of being lightweight with excellent cost-effectiveness for the project budget.
