Investec Building V&A Waterfront

Parcel M1 of the V&A Waterfront will showcase a 5 Star Green rated office building, comprising 6 office floors with Ground Floor Foyer and Phase 1 Basement Parking over 3 levels. In order to assist with thermal performance and reduction in structural dead load, Aertec AAC was awarded the specification for internal walls as well as a hybrid cavity wall, situated around the perimeter of the building, tying into the façade. Aertec’s green star rating through Ecostandard South Africa, has assisted with points to achieve the 5 Star Green rating for this building.
