House Extension Oranjezicht – Pascal Projects prefers AAC

Pascal Projects are leaders in AAC block installation in the Western Cape and always recommend AAC for masonry applications on their building contracts.

Pascal Projects, currently completing their 10th project with AAC which was chosen as the preferred masonry unit, are currently constructing extensions to a house in Oranjezicht in Cape Town.

According to Jason Cannon, the owner of Pascal Projects. “Home owners prefer AAC as the energy consumption of their properties is considerably reduced due to the thermal insulation of AAC. This means the property is cooler in summer and warmer in winter, while we prefer AAC for the construction speed advantage as well as the accuracy of the product, which allows for reduced waste on site, reduced render thickness and the site is always clean throughout the project”
