Homii Group – Fleetway House Refurbishment

This project consists of refurbishing the existing building consisting of 8 floors and 3 new additional floors consisting of a lightweight steel structure.

Aertec was awarded the contract to supply the Homii group with EG3/500 and EG2/400 AAC Precision Blocks at Fleetway house in the Cape Town CBD. All existing partition and infill walls were removed and redesigned using AAC blocks, enabling ease of construction of complex curved walls. Construction of these walls by the construction teams has been successfully and easily carried out.
