The developer of these apartments has used AAC extensively in his portfolio due to the benefits that AAC presents physically and financially. The driving factor for the use of AAC for the apartments was to reduce structural loads but more importantly provided high thermal insulation due to high temperature fluctuations which results in a comfortable living space and in turn a reduction in utility costs for the tenants.
