Anchor Props – The Duke
An existing high rise building in the Cape Town CBD, “The Duke” has been refurbished into luxury apartments. Load restrictions on the existing structure required consideration of AAC Precision Blocks for all the internal walling, further benefit was derived from the speed of construction and reduced wastage when using AAC, and this project has been successfully completed.
