ABC Loft Apartments Adderley Street, Cape Town CBD

This project consists of converting an existing building which previously offered rental commercial space to residential loft apartments. The permissible loading of this existing building was limited and therefore the need for a lightweight yet robust walling solution which is also capable of carrying the load of the timber loft. We are proud to announce that Aertec was awarded the contract to supply AAC for all the units. Due to the outstanding pull out and shear test results obtained on Aertec AAC, the professional team were satisfied and comfortable to fix the timber lofts structural frame to the sides of the AAC walls.
